Kozaemon junmai daiginjo nama miyamanishiki - very fruity with suprising scents of banana and apricot together with the melon and pear. A deep and fruity flavour, strong scent and delightful smooth texture. Much richer than expected for a junmai daiginjo.

Kozaemon junmai ginjo dewasansan jikagumi (nama) - incredibly fragrant, a lot of melon, pear and bubblegum (strawberry flavour). The flavour is light, fruity, mildly acidic and green. It also has a light CO2 texture - making it better incredibly fresh and fruity.

飲んだのは「Sakura ラベル　純米吟醸」。おりがらみで、甘めのお酒。個人的にはもう少し酸味があっても良かったかな、と思いました。

ただね、「我々はいつからお酒を頭で飲むようになったのでしょう」からの長文はいまいち😅
熱量を感じますが、短文でわかりやすい方が私は心に響くなー😊

香り濃厚。飲み口はさらっとしてるけど、余韻が長く、後味スッキリでクセあり。

これは参りました。一本です。
私好みすぎて、旨すぎます。
香りは飲む前は控えめですが、飲んだ瞬間に雄町の旨味と香りが口の中いっばいに広がり、スゥーっとなくなります。

あー、飲みすぎるわ。。

今日のお酒は岐阜県瑞浪市の中島醸造「小左衛門くだものシトラスハーブ」という変わり種。近くのまつがさき商店で売っていた。いろんなメーカーがフルーティなものを出して共同で売り出している模様。名前の通り、フルーティで飲みやすいものですね、これ。

今まで雄町はあまり好きではなかったが、赤磐（あかいわ）雄町はなかなかいい。
雄町に血統のようなものがあると知った。
香りもいい。雄町特有のうっとくる酒感も薄め。

辛口とのことだけど、思っていたより柔らかく、飲みやすい

生酒らしいフレッシュさ。ガツンとくる甘味。やや玄人向けな感じ。
（追記）開けて2日ほど立つと、角が取れて非常に飲みやすくなった。

鳥ラベル
ふくよかと言うだけあって、旨み広がる感じ。
焼き鳥中心の複数店舗のパーソナルラベル(PB)
最初に少し苦味が強く感じるので、魚ラベルの方が好み

Kozaemon Bizenomachi Junmai Ginjo Namazake - my absolute favourite, a lovely texture and shifting aromas from bubblegum to strawberry, lychee and a hint of rose and even cotton candy. It finishes with the lightest spicy bite.

Kozaemon Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki nama - Beautiful namazake, very fruity and soft. With a richness from the miyamanishiki. Full marks.

Kozaemon shinanomiyamanishiki jikagumi - possibly my favourite Kozaemon, with the exception of their omachi namazake. Delicious texture with the fizzing CO2, medium body (17% alcohol) and lovely fruity aromas including lychee, strawberry, lemon and melon. It’s top of the line, as most things from Kozaemon.

Kozaemon Sakura namazake - fresh and delightful, always lovely to drink. Citrus at first, but moves on to pear and apple, and then banan and peach with a slightly sour and bitter finish and lingers in the mouth.
